You are already studying Economics in Bonn:
The preliminary math course is designed for first-year students. For economics students from higher semesters, we recommend the intensive tutorial in mathematics. This is a 4-hour tutorial during the semester accompanying the math A lecture. The exercise times can be found in the electronic course catalog4.
You study Law & Economics / Teaching degree Social Sciences:
Please clarify with your contact person from Law&Economics whether you can already take the math pre-course. If this is the case, you are welcome to register with us.
In recent semesters, we have found that students studying teaching degree sometimes have difficulties with the methodological requirements in economics lectures. Participation in the math pre-course is therefore recommended. For the lecture "Macroeconomics B" there is a separate tutorial for teaching degree students, in which missing methodological knowledge is taken into account.
